Kellets is the public brand of the legal entity Kellets Anchored Home Improvement LLC, which is certified by the New York City Department of Small Business Services as a Minority-Owned Business Enterprise.
Kellets is certified for renovation, repair and painting work governed by the federal RRP Rule.

In a letter dated June 27, 2024, SOPREMA confirmed Kellets as a contractor in good standing authorized to install SOPREMA SBS roofing and above-grade waterproofing systems and SOPREMA ALSAN RS liquid-applied roofing/waterproofing systems.
Warranty eligibility depends on project registration, installation and completion under applicable manufacturer requirements.
Kellets is registered with the New York City Department of Buildings as a General Contractor.
Project authority remains subject to the permit, licensed-trade, safety, insurance and endorsement requirements of the specific scope.
Kellets’ 2025 documentation identifies the company as a GAF Certified™ Contractor under GAF ID 1147127.
